Jardad's story is perfect for the little ones that always make too much noise

We know you can’t wait to meet our next Goop friend, so here’s Jardad! He’s a noisy Goop boy who loves to make noise with his little hammer and nails. He’s great at fixing things but often wakes others up or distracts them by making noise at the wrong times.

After getting sent home from school one day, Jardad decides to go to the zoo with his friend Badinskool. On the way in, he begins to make an awful racket, which wakes all the animals. The orangutan is so angry that he sends Jardad flying all the way to Laos! Here, Jardad meets a helpful tiger, who tells him he must find the Plain of Jars if he wants to get back home to Goop World, but he’ll have to avoid the other scary jungle animals and the landmines left from a war.

Jardad begins making his way through the jungle, but he just can’t stay quiet and wakes a very angry rhino. He isn’t sure how he will escape and realizes he needs to learn when to be noisy and when to be quiet. Will he finally figure out how to stop waking all the animals?

Jardad’s adventure through Laos provides a look at why it’s so important to be considerate of other people. Jardad will have to learn to tone down the noise if he wants to make it through Laos alive. Will he be able to put away his hammer and nails in order to complete his journey? Join him in Laos to find out!

This story for kids will keep them entertained while teaching them about why being considerate of others is so important. As youngsters join Jardad’s journey, they will engage in imaginative play, practice active listening, and learn to better tolerate boredom without the help of screens. Kids won’t want to leave Goop World after learning about the mysterious Plain of Jars with Jardad!

She quickly disappears and pops up in the Chand Baori stepwell in India, where she meets a friendly rat named Asha. Asha tells her she must touch each of the 3500 steps in the stepwell if she wants to go back to Goop World.
