Backwardia

Backwardia was so much fun
She would laugh and there would be sun
She was full of merriment and joy
And loved every Goop, girl or boy
But when she started to act in reverse
The other Goops felt a backwards curse

Backwardia's story is perfect for the little ones that do everything backwards

The next Goop is so excited to join our group, so give a warm welcome to Backwardia! She’s a rearward Goop who loves to live in reverse. The other Goops find this amusing, except when she starts to speak backwards because she’s so hard to understand!

One gusty winter day, Backwardia and her friend Wasntme go outside to build an igloo. When Backwardia tries to enter the igloo backwards, she gets pulled in and finds herself on Mount Lyell in Yosemite Park. There, she meets a bighorn sheep who takes her to the Ahwahnee Hotel, warning her to be careful of the siren song of the Ahwahnechee maiden, who had disappeared many years ago after being lured to a waterfall by a Po Ho No spirit.

At the hotel, Backwardia hears the siren song. A friendly bear is watching her, but as she moves backwards, the bear is confused and isn’t able to stop her in time. The bear sends a deer to help Backwardia, but will she make it in time?

Backwardia’s adventure in Yosemite Park will teach kids why it’s important to keep looking forward. Backwardia will need to learn the same if she wants to escape the Po Ho No. Will she finally be able to do things the right way around? Hop over to Yosemite Park to find out!

As they wander through the forests of Yosemite, kids will practice independent play, avoid boredom, and find enrichment outside of screen time. They’ll want to visit Goop World again and again after meeting Backwardia!

Snatcher and the Quivitoq of Greenland

One hot summer day, Snatcher and his friend Backwardia head to a swimming hole in Goop World. At the swimming hole, Snatcher finds a glimmering golden object, but when he tries to pull it loose, it turns into a vortex that sucks him all the way to Greenland! He soon meets a helpful reindeer who explains that the gold on his hand will attract a Qivitoq, a wandering spirit, who will want to take over his body.

Snatcher’s time in Greenland will help kids learn how to take what they need and leave what they don’t. Snatcher will need to learn the difference if he wants to escape the Qivitoq. Will he be able to rein in his thoughts? Hop over to Greeland to find out!
