The next Goops are so excited to join our group, so say hello to Screener and Screenalina! They’re well read Goop twins who love to read at the library…once they get there. Pulling them away from their screens is always a challenge because they’re addicted to them! 

One hot summer day, Screener, Screenalina, and their friend Concheata visit some caves, where they can cool off a bit. Inside the caves, Screener and Screenalina get sucked into watching videos on their tablet. A large black bird swoops down and carries them all the way to the Cave of Swallows in Mexico! He drops them in after becoming annoyed that they won’t look away from their screen. They soon find themselves in a dark cave, and if they want to find a way out, they’ll have to focus on everything except their screens.  

Screener and Screenalina have watched many adventures on TV but have never had one themselves. This is the time they will have to let go of all their distractions and make their way through the Cave of Swallows. Will they be able to resist the pull of their screens?

Screener and Screenalina’s adventure in the Cave of Swallows will teach kids why it’s so important to get away from their screens and out into the world. The twins will need to put their tablet away if they want to have any chance of getting back home. Will they be able to do it? Join them in Mexico to find out!

As they encounter creepy crawlies in the cave, kids will increase their attention span, engage in self-directed play, and develop a healthier relationship with screens. They won’t want to leave Goop World after spending time with Screener and Screenalina!
