Which Goop are you?The story
Copycata and Mimicfina are funny twins who copy and mimic everyone, but sometimes they take it too far. When Runner trips chasing a rare blue butterfly, the twins pretend to be him, and Copycata trips over a rock that opens a dark hole.
They dig their way out into a zoo in New York City, right next to a roaring tiger. Then they meet two macaws who copy everything the twins say, and the macaws have a few clues to share.
The real place: New York City
Three things to tell your kid after the story.
- 1New York City has several zoos, and the Bronx Zoo is one of the biggest city zoos in the United States.
- 2Macaws are large, colorful parrots from the rainforests of Central and South America, and they can copy human words.
- 3Macaws can live a very long time, sometimes more than 50 years.
