The story

Gossipina knows a fun fact about everything, but her stories are not always true. When she fibs to Hogger about elves at a waterfall and starts scribbling in her little notebook, it snaps shut and swallows her.

She pops out on Socotra Island, where a masked booby named Zorro warns her that every strange umbrella-shaped dragon tree holds a secret. Then the moonlight starts calling her toward one.

1Socotra is an island belonging to Yemen, and about a third of its plants grow nowhere else on Earth.
2Dragon's blood trees have red sap called "dragon's blood" that people have used for medicine, dye and paint for a very long time.
