Goblick's story is perfect for the little ones that lack table manners
The next Goop can’t wait to meet you, so welcome Goblick! He’s a charismatic Goop who adores food but can’t seem to use any table manners when he eats! This doesn’t always go over well, but he can always make his Goop friends laugh, so they love to spend time with him.
One cold winter day, Goblick and his friend Pickyeata head off to a nearby bakery that is selling magical star cookies. While there, Goblick eats a Mozart torte in one bite and gets whisked away to a banquet in Vienna, where Mozart is playing the piano! His bad table manners soon get him the wrong kind of attention, and he is whisked away to the kitchen to be cooked like a goose. A magical fork and knife are his only hope of escape, but can they figure out a plan to get Goblick out of the kitchen?
The fork and knife are small and not easily noticed, so they are able to sneak into the kitchen, but the cook is determined to get Goblick into the oven. Will the fork and knife have what it takes to help him escape?
Goblick’s chaotic adventure in Vienna will help kids learn the importance of table manners. Goblick will certainly need to learn some if he wants to make it home! Will his poor manners lead him to his end? Join him in Austria to find out!
This small story for kids will help them learn more manners and become more aware of how their actions affect those around them.
