The story
Ignora loves a party, but when she's bored she pops on her earmuffs and ignores everyone, rules included. She sneaks into the library before opening time, and the moment she touches a book, she disappears.
She floats high above the giant shelves of the Starfield Library in Seoul, where a kind book about happiness warns her about Maebob, a fiery book of black magic. Somewhere on the top shelf, help is buried.
The real place: Starfield Library
Three things to tell your kid after the story.
- 1The Starfield Library opened in 2017 inside the COEX shopping mall in Seoul, South Korea.
- 2Its giant bookshelves are about 13 meters tall, higher than a four-story building.
- 3It holds about 50,000 books and magazines, and anyone can visit and read for free.
